A good match could be, for example, a scriptwriter, animator, director, or producer in the field of animation/film – but we are open to anyone in the creative industry.
The rent is €203 per month.
Includes internet, desk, chair (if you want), dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator.
Excluding cleaning costs, new joint purchases, general shared expenses such as coffee, etc., and shared lunch (if you want).
The workspace can be occupied on short notice, in consultation, and preferably by December 2024 at the latest. The lease is for an indefinite period, following a trial period of 6 months. After that, the notice period is 2 months.
