Editor/Motion Graphic Designer looking for Short film project

Hello everyone, (see english below) I think it would be great fun to produce (or help with) a short film with a number of people in the Utrecht area. I am 24 years old and graduated as a media designer. I myself participated in another short film as a voice over and I enjoyed it so much that I would also like to look for a new project where I can help in the (Pre-Post-) Production. Including: Script writing, storyboarding, organizing/helping on set during filming, voice-over work, Editing, Compositing, Motion Graphics, Color corrections, etc. That all seems like a lot of fun to do. Are you someone who likes to film? Or are you still looking for help with one of the above things for your own project? Would you like to register for a 48 hours project with me? Send an email to [email protected] Yours sincerely, Anna ---- Hello all, I would really like to produce (or help produce) a short film with some people in the Utrecht area. Icelandic-Dutch Film winner Montréal Film Fest.

Icelandic-Dutch film big winner at Montreal International Film Festival. The Icelandic-Dutch film A Letter from Helga by Icelandic director Ása Helga Hjörleifsdóttir won four awards at the recent Montreal International Film Festival, including the top prize for Best Film. The film is a co-production of the Dutch producers Dirk Rijneke and Mildred van Leeuwaarden of Rotterdam Films. The film received a total of four awards in the feature film category. In addition to Best Film, the film was also awarded for Best Cinematography by Dutch cinematographer Jasper Wolf. Best Editing and Best Soundtrack were also awarded to the film. In addition to the camera team, a large number of Dutch people worked on this film shot in Iceland, including the sound team, lighting, and make-up. A Letter from Helga is an ode to the overwhelmingly beautiful Icelandic landscape, which, in all its wildness, forms the ideal backdrop for the equally stormy and painful love story of Bjarni and Helga. The film was based on the 2010 novel of the same name by Bergsveinn Birgisson. The film previously won two Eddas (the Icelandic Oscar equivalent) for best acting performance. The film premiered at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, after which it was selected for many international film festivals, such as Seattle and the Santa Barbara Film Festival in the USA. The film was recently selected for the Film by the Sea Film Festival and was also screened out of competition at the Netherlands Film Festival. In a sold-out screening in Utrecht, the film was received very enthusiastically by the audience. A Letter from Helga is expected in theaters later this year.
