Stichting YaYA wil een stichting zijn die streeft naar brede en maatschappelijke betrokkenheid voor en door geadopteerden. Samenwerken, inspireren, motiveren en creativiteit zijn de drijvende krachten achter deze stichting. Stichting YaYA brengt iedereen binnen en buiten het adoptieveld op een laagdrempelige wijze bij elkaar.

The Adoption Festival 2013 will take place this year with sufficient sponsorship, with the theme: Superheroes. With a nod to famous fictional and non-fictional adoption stories, we present adopted talent from our own soil.
We are all familiar with the stories of Harry Potter, Tarzan, Mowgli and Annie, where ‘adoption’ is not at the forefront, but adoptees can have an affinity with it. We may not have the magical gifts of Harry Potter, but heroes: we certainly are!
Adoptes are often driven, creative, imaginative and sometimes, even globally, very successful in their profession. Who is not fascinated by famous adoptees such as Bill Clinton, John Lennon, Steve Jobs and the American football player Michael Oher from the film The Blind Side? And: What makes us different and therefore special?
Adoption leads to experience, imagination and often produces interesting people who contribute to today's world in their own special way.
In 2013 we want to organize a dazzling AdoptionFestival for everyone who feels involved in adoption. Location and program will be announced on our website as soon as possible!
We are also looking for superheroes who support us with a donation or sponsorship.
