In this film series, filmmaker Bob Entrop (48 years in the business) – a collector himself – goes in search of the motives of 14 proud museum directors of private museums and their hobby that has gotten out of hand. Where does their passion come from and what does it add to your life? How did it ever start and when is a collection complete? The unsuspecting viewer falls from one surprise to another hidden treasure in this series. Whether it concerns thousands of miniature pigs, home computers, irons, jukeboxes, merry-go-rounds, reptiles, coffee and tea brands, football shirts, toy cars or enamel signs with the most exotic beer brands – Brabant is rich in colorful collections.
