The Art Department in the Netherlands is not this.

A professional association can help with negotiations with manufacturers, taking out collective insurance, building up a pension, increasing knowledge, and maintaining your network.

If there are more than 100 positive responses, an association will be established to better insure employees in the Art Department for the future, allow them to benefit from pension accrual, and increase and broaden their knowledge.
