In 2014, YO! Media is organizing the presentation of the YO! Award for the 5th time, the prize for creative young people from the Netherlands and Belgium. Boyd Winkelman, founder of YO! Media, says about the YO! Award: 'It is not only talented young athletes who have a collection of trophies at home; from now on, young creatives can also start filling a cabinet with prizes!' The YO! Award is the only prize in the Netherlands and Belgium in these categories where the nominees are selected by a group of young people. A unique concept, therefore: For and by young people!

Registration opened
Registration for the YO! Award 2014 has started; projects can now be submitted in the various categories:
• Best website by young people
• Best website by matureen
• Best video by young people
• Young radio talent

Registration is open until February 1st via www.yoaward.nl. After registration, the voting round will begin, allowing you to vote for 3 nominees per category. On March 23rd, the winners will be announced in a spectacular manner at Podium de Vorstin in the media city of Hilversum!
