The family film *Midden in de Winternacht* has been sold under the international title *A ChristMoose Story* to Germany, France, Wallonia, and a number of Eastern European countries. The German distributor KSM Film may release the film in cinemas by Christmas 2014.

Given the strong international interest, sales agent Attraction Distribution has high expectations for the upcoming European Film Market during the Berlin Film Festival 2014. President Xiaojuan Zhou: 'We are confident that this charming film for the whole family will be widely sold during the upcoming EFM in Berlin.'

Midden in de Winternacht is about ten-year-old Max (Dennis Reinsma) who befriends a talking moose (voiced by Jeroen van Koningsbrugge). The moose, Moos, has fallen through the garage roof just before Christmas and claims that he works for Santa Claus (Derek de Lint). There is just one small problem; Moos has lost Santa! And if he doesn't find Santa soon, no one will get a present this year. Max and his little sister Kiki (Dana Goldberg) decide to help Moos. Will they manage to find Santa in time? Also starring Jelka van Houten, Arjan Ederveen, and Carla Hardy.

Midden in de Winternacht is currently showing in Dutch cinemas and will welcome its 200,000th visitor this weekend. The film was produced by Lemming Film in co-production with Svensk Filmindustri, Davaj Film, and Anchorage Entertainment, and was made with the support of the Netherlands Film Fund, The Swedish Film Institute, Filmpool Nord, MEDIA, and the Tax Shelter measure of the Belgian Federal Government.
