In November, the Film Industry Guide, the guide for film companies and professionals, is launching a thoroughly revamped website. "The design has been improved, and you will soon be able to search for and find film professionals and film companies much more easily." Profiles of film professionals and film companies will be displayed more prominently in the new design. The website advises Filmpeople account holders to update their profile details before the launch to ensure an up-to-date picture of the work within the film world. The update also serves as preparation for the social network "Filmpeople Connecties," which is being developed for the Dutch film industry by the creators of the guide with support from the Netherlands Film Fund.
