Dear professionals for Film Tv and Theater

We are sending this message call with only one purpose do not make ourselfs quite anymore.

We know a lot of you are discriminated because of your:

-Sex, Orientation

-Race, Color

-Age, Knowledge or not

-Culture, Acent

-and we are all discriminated by offering us to work "Unpaid"!

-Or just because of your looks

A lot of you don't have the chance to make a decent CV or Reel

As an example:

If a Marrocan or Turkish etc, is an actor we all know what kind of role is going to end up playing, and a lot of them or us have to humilite ourselfs and our people not even say families just because somebody decided that certain group is more important than the rest and we have to always play the same part.

There are not bad or good people, just not well educated
and we all have of that everywhere,
some places more,
some places less
but are everywhere even in this country.

In Europe and in Us and some others developed countries where the biggest group are white people are always for them the main characters.
They control the media and any kind of talent agent, editor, writer and screenwriter no need to name any further jobs involucrating media.

We don't try to go against these people my only interest is in working all together with the same purpose to make a change of it.

We need more writers and screenwriters that they don't just write about white people but multi-ethnic If you see around you in the street you will realize how many different but also similar human beings like you and me are there.

We gonna stop making films about racism, plays in Theater with critics about it,Tv series full of it the only thing it does is promoted.

Even the well-known actress:

Salma Hayek claims she's being discriminated against in Hollywood because of her Mexican roots.

She reckons people look down on actors who are from a Mexican background.

The actress is up for a Golden Globe for her role in hit film Frida, which she returned to Mexico to film.

"In Hollywood, everybody looks down on you if you are Mexican," she told TV Movie magazine.

"They all let you know you are not wanted here."

Salma adds that she often wonders whether she was of a sane mind when she agreed to star in Frida.

"I go and shoot a period piece about a crippled, bisexual, communist painter," she said.

"Sounds a lot like a flop, doesn't it?"
