We are looking for a group of wind or string players (3 to 6 people) for the rehearsals of the new music program Join the Beat.

Join the Beat is a new music program from Avro, presented by Gerard Ekdom, which will be shown on Nederland 3 from 4 November at 8.30 pm, after De Wereld Draait Door.
Producers Tjeerd Oosterhuis and Sven Figee alternately lay down a basic beat every week. Viewers are asked to submit their own music to turn this basic beat into a full song. Vocals, piano, drums, violin, but also music made on pots and pans; everything is possible. The best ones are chosen from the entries and added to the basic beat, until a whole new song is created.
Making the song is the common thread of the broadcast, Gerard receives guests outside of it; bands will perform and let's see what is possible in the field of music and making music.
The recordings take place in Amsterdam East in MuzyQ.
