The NPS, in collaboration with the International Film Festival Rotterdam, invites filmmakers to submit their short films. All submitted films will be screened online. The editorial team will select three films every month. The three-member jury will then choose a monthly winner from the selected films each month.
After a year, there are seven monthly winners.

The monthly winners will be screened at the International Film Festival Rotterdam 2010.
The NEW ARRIVALS prize (1,000 euros) will be awarded during the festival.

The NEW ARRIVALS films are available to watch online. NEW ARRIVALS IV runs from March 1, 2009, to November 15, 2009 (there is a summer break during the summer months of July/August). The deadline for the third round is May 15, 2009.
