FbtS Shorts is the premier film competition for young filmmakers. FbtS Shorts is a nationwide competition where anyone between the ages of 14 and 35 can submit a short film to compete for the FbtS Shorts Young Talent Award and the accompanying fantastic cash prize.

FbtS Shorts is a competition for short films of up to 10 minutes. If you have made a film or are planning to film soon, sign up. Whether you are self-taught or a film academy student, it doesn't matter. All submitted films stand a chance to win Awards. A selection will be made from all submissions in the run-up to the festival. During the festival, the nominated films will be screened and judged by a professional jury on Sunday, September 15.

By entering FbtS Shorts with a short film, you stand a chance to win many special prizes, distributed across various categories such as: best film, director, screenplay, actor, and actress.
