In the context of the bilateral Netherlands-Russia year 2013, the Russian Dutch Cultural Center (RNCC) in Utrecht would like to contribute to strengthening the ties between the two countries.
The RNCC intends to organize the international dance festival 'De Nederlandse Klomp' again at the end of March from 22-27/03/2013. This special festival for talented children and young people from Russia and the Netherlands unites Russian and Dutch cultures and traditions. From their own culture, dance groups, (circus) artists, choreographers, singers, musicians will provide beautiful performances. It offers a unique opportunity to exchange experience in the arts.
The program included exotic music from Kazakhstan, a mix of flashy, modern dance styles, a swinging children's choir, Ukrainian songs and dances and dazzling Russian and Spanish dances.
