On Monday, November 26, it's time for the last Network Drink for Film and TV (NBF) of 2012! Since IDFA has just ended, we will pay attention in the program to projects that have been pitched on the FORUM. The FORUM is the leading internationally oriented co-financing and co-production market in Europe and takes place during IDFA.

During the NBF evening, a number of projects that have been presented in recent years will be discussed, with attention to the pitch itself, but more importantly to the course that follows: what has emerged from it? In addition to this program, as every month, we eat and drink together. We hope to welcome you in large numbers on the last Monday of November!

Hetty Naijkens-Retel Helmrich
Oa Stand van de Sterren (Position among the stars) (IDFA FORUM 2007) - logline: Through the story of one family in a working-class neighborhood in Jakarta, this film paints a picture of the social changes due to the political, economical and religious in-balance in Indonesia, the fourth largest country in the world and world largest Muslim community.

Jos de Putter
Our Film (IDFA FORUM 2011) - logline: a portrait of famous and lessfamous chimpanzees in retirement homes in the US. A tragic-comical, sometimes bitter, poetic recapture of the intriguing relationship between Chimp and Man.

Harmen Jalvingh
Faithless (IDFA FORUM 2011) - logline: Looking for the reasons behind the radicalization of young Muslims inside Karachi's largest Islamic school, a secular Muslim is confronted with his own conflicting feelings about Islam - Zero Waste (IDFA FORUM 2012) - logline: The war on garbage and the Mafia as conducted by a Utopian 'madman', the new mayor of Naples.

Dinner deal
The LAB111 restaurant offers an attractive and affordable dinner deal especially for the NBF networking drink: for €17.50 you get a starter and main course including a glass of wine. You can register for the dinner deal at the NBF office via [email protected] or 020-6646588, no later than Friday 23 November. Dinner is served in the restaurant at 18:45 and can be paid for in advance at the restaurant cashier.
