The family film TONY 10 won the children's jury prize at the 2012 Children's Film Festival Münster in Germany. The children's jury consisted of 7 children between the ages of 10 and 11. There were 14 feature films in the competition, including two other Lemming Film productions: Patatje Oorlog and Mijn Opa de Bankrover.

In addition, Tony 10 is also nominated for the Jury Prize for Best Dutch Children's Film at the Cinekid Film Festival. The winner will be announced tonight.

Tony 10 was released in Dutch cinemas on February 15, 2012, and has since been selected for various international festivals.

Tony is almost ten and has the best father in the world. He is immensely proud of his father, who rises from crane operator to minister. But one day, his parents have a fierce argument, and his father runs away from home. Tony thinks his father has fallen in love with the Queen. He does everything he can to get his parents back together, and receives help from the Royal Household.

In TONY 10, Faas Wijn plays the lead role of Tony, alongside big names such as Jeroen Spitzenberger, Rifka Lodeizen, Carlo Boszhard, Annet Malherbe, and Anna Drijver. Directed by Mischa Kamp (HET PAARD VAN SINTERKLAAS and WAAR IS HET PAARD VAN SINTERKLAAS) based on a screenplay by Mieke de Jong (OORLOGSWINTER, IEP!).

The film was produced by Lemming Film in co-production with NTR, Ma.Ja.De Fiction, and u-Film. Independent Films handles distribution in the Netherlands.
