The family film Tony 10 was chosen as the winner of the international competition by a professional jury at the 5th edition of the Children's Film Festival Galicja in Poland. The competition consisted of eight feature films, including two other Dutch productions, Dolfje Weerwolfje and Patatje Oorlog.

Tony 10 was released in Dutch cinemas on February 15, 2012, and has since been selected for various international festivals. The international premiere took place in early March at the Taiwan International Children's Film Festival; subsequently, the film was screened at the Sprockets TIFF Kids, the Ciné-Jeune Festival in France, the Kristiansand International Children's Film Festival in Norway, the Goldener Spatz Film Festival in Germany, and the Zlin Film Festival in the Czech Republic.
The film will be released in Germany in September by Farbfilm Verleih.

Tony is almost ten and has the best father in the world. He is immensely proud of his father, who rises from crane operator to minister. But one day, his parents have a fierce argument, and his father runs away from home. Tony thinks his father has fallen in love with the Queen. He does everything he can to get his parents back together, and receives help from the Royal Household.

In Tony 10, Faas Wijn plays the lead role of Tony, alongside big names such as Jeroen Spitzenberger, Rifka Lodeizen, Carlo Boszhard, Annet Malherbe, and Anna Drijver. Mischa Kamp (Het Paard van Sinterklaas, Waar is het Paard van Sinterklaas) directed based on a screenplay by Mieke de Jong (Oorlogswinter, IEP!).

Tony 10 is available on DVD from July 4, 2012.
