Last week, the creators of Filmstart launched a revamped guide for film companies and professionals. The 'Film Industry Guide' has gone live under its own domain: www.filmindustryguide.nl. This very extensive 'online tool for film and TV makers' includes sections by field, such as scriptwriting, camera work, editing, distribution, etc. In addition to a complete business directory, each section also has its own news page, job board, and bulletin boards. It is a place to offer equipment, courses, and workshops, or to search for new employees. There is also the option to create your own 'personal profile' as a film or TV professional.

All companies, organizations, and/or individuals professionally active within the film and TV-related industry can register. A basic listing is available (free), or you can opt for a paid version with a number of extra features and specific benefits.
