On Friday 9 December, the funky rock band 100 Monkeys will play in the Melkweg. 100 Monkeys is the band of the American actor Jackson Rathbone who is known for the films Twilight and The Last Airbender. The five-piece funky rock band 100 Monkeys has a trademark of switching instruments after almost every song played. Jackson Rathbone also plays various instruments such as vocals, guitar, bass and drums.

100 Monkeys released their first album 'Grape' in 2009. Recently the second album was released: 'Liquid Zoo'. The band promises an energetic, theatrical, rocking live show with a rock 'n roll attitude.
