The Cinema & Literature Festival Utrecht over Utrecht celebrates its fifth anniversary in 2011. On Sunday, June 12, 2011, the premier festival for text and image about the province of Utrecht will descend upon the Louis Hartlooper Complex in Utrecht for the fifth time.

For this edition, Utrecht over Utrecht once again challenges writers, filmmakers, poets, and photographers to shake Utrecht to its foundations with their moving, suspenseful, exciting, comical, beautiful, and dramatic texts and images. At stake are eternal fame and cash prizes ranging from €500 to €4,000. The stories, poems, photos, and films must be about Utrecht and actually be located within the province, but there are more requirements. The regulations can be downloaded from the website. So sharpen those creative knives!
