This short film is part of my personal project, "Road to Netflix", where I document my journey toward becoming a professional filmmaker and one day working with major film and television studios.

For this project, I have set myself a creative challenge: to tell an engaging and emotionally powerful story within a very limited space. The entire film takes place inside a narrow but tall corridor, where the main character finds herself trapped.

The story focuses on atmosphere, tension, and character performance. Because the film is built around a single location and a single lead character, the actress will play a central role in bringing the story to life.

Filming will take place in Rotterdam. This is an independent passion project created for portfolio development, creative growth, and future festival submissions.

Description
We are looking for a female actress aged 18–33 with dark hair and fair skin for the lead role in a psychological short film.

The role requires strong emotional expression and the ability to convincingly portray fear, anxiety, tension, vulnerability, and emotional distress. Since the story is centered around a single character trapped in a confined environment, much of the film relies on facial expressions, body language, and subtle performance rather than dialogue.

Previous acting experience is welcome but not required. We are primarily looking for someone who is comfortable in front of the camera, reliable, collaborative, and excited to be part of an ambitious creative project.

Filming is planned for July 2026 in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

The exact shooting dates will be arranged in coordination with the selected actress to ensure availability and a comfortable production schedule for everyone involved.
