Last Sunday, September 7th, was the successful 'Grand Opening' of the FilmKerk Wolvega.
With fantastic weather and a great atmosphere, this was a wonderful kick-off.

COMMUNITY
FilmKerk aims to breathe new life into forgotten places by filling them with stories, music, and encounters. Our events—from unique films and intimate podcasts to creative workshops—bring people together and breathe new meaning and life into empty rural churches.

Film Church Productions

We create images and sound in all forms: from social media content to international feature films. We collaborate with the best creators, artists, volunteers, and anyone who feels called to participate. It's not your age or education that matters, but your passion, loyalty, and desire to create something beautiful.

FilmKerk is a place to create, learn, and inspire. We believe that when people come together to create and experience, something greater than ourselves is created. Our concept is non-profit and aims to contribute to connection and inspiration – both locally and globally.
