I am Mr. Eigenbaardig, filmmaker and lecturer at the Dutch Filmers Academy. I am currently working on realizing my biggest dream: finishing my very first documentary, titled: Het Goud van de Zon! :D

Het Goud van de Zon tells the story of Utrecht artist Rob de Looff, who creates beautiful music boxes from urban wood under the name 'Robin Wood Music Boxes'. Wood from city trees that have succumbed to disease, storms, or urban redevelopment. This promises to be an incredibly fairytale-like and musical documentary.

This is an incredibly large film project, which can only come to fruition because I am doing this project alone, unpaid, and on my own initiative. But to finish it, I need to collaborate with other passionate creators. I need funding for the amazing film composer Alfredo Sirica, whose beautiful music makes him perfectly suited for creating an atmospheric soundtrack full of emotion! Additionally, funding is still lacking for audio post-production: making the film's sound suitable for television and theatrical screenings. Only a specialist with the right knowledge and equipment can do this. Without them, I won't be able to finish this film!

So, to finish my debut film and inspire as many people as possible with it, I really need your help! Will you help me realize my biggest dream?
