Are you planning to make or work on a film outside of The Netherlands, or in otherwise unfamiliar or risky terrain? Then this course is for you! Led by Kevin Augello, a documentary filmmaker with over 30-years of experience shooting in extreme areas, including natural landscapes like Mt Everest and conflict zones like the Democratic Republic of the Congo, this 3-day course is focused on providing producers, crew and talent with the knowledge and skills they need to assess situations, prepare properly, and how to handle the situations that may arise when filming in risky environments, be they the top of a mountain or the inner city. The course is interactive and there wil be lots of room for questions.
