ETHAN PRICE (Male, 30s) – Lead
A worn-down stand-up comedian on the verge of giving up. Desperate, insecure, but with a spark of charm and self-deprecating humor. Must be capable of portraying both vulnerability and psychological unraveling.
Acting range: Emotional, intense, expressive.
Skills: Basic ventriloquism or willingness to learn a plus.
LEON KESSLER (Male, 40s–50s) – Supporting
A charismatic yet unsettling salesman type. Always immaculate, always calm — but there’s something off about his charm. The kind of man who could sell you your own soul.
Acting range: Smooth, menacing, enigmatic.
CHARLIE (Voice Role / Performer, any gender) – Supporting
Voice and/or puppeteer for the ventriloquist doll. The voice should be sharp, witty, and darkly humorous — with an eerie undertone. If live puppetry is performed, physical control and timing are crucial.
Acting range: Dynamic voice work; ability to shift between humor and horror.
