Auditions - The Acting School

Do you want to work on your acting skills at a high level and be taught by the top of the Flemish theater and film industry? Then this six-month course is perfect for you! In Het Leerjaar, lessons are taught every week for 6 months in various blocks such as improvisation, elementary acting, camera acting, text-based theatre, and film dialogue. This allows you to develop within the different facets of acting. There is ample opportunity for personal feedback within a close-knit group, in a trusted environment. The lessons are taught by industry professionals with extensive experience in the theater, television, and film worlds. They share their knowledge and experience with you and are eager to work intensively with you! This course is ideal when: • you would like to further develop yourself alongside your work or studies, or pick up an old passion again. • you have already completed relevant training and/or gained practical experience, but feel you still have more to learn. • You are taking a gap year and want to prepare for drama school. This new cohort starts in Antwerp in September 2025. Classes are on Thursdays. The auditions will be held on Thursday, June 12 in Antwerp.
